Trendy Homes is in the construction business since year 2000. It undertook building a housing complex in Nagappattinam district, Villa project in Trichy and building a hotel in Kodaikanal and lately it has finished and delivered an apartment project (with 18 flats) on time, in the heart of Trichy city. These projects are few examples of our ability to develop and deliver projects of considerable size and our thirst & obsession in doing quality projects continues and for sure, you will be the beneficiary of the same.
Management
Each Trendy Homes unit is skillfully managed in its entirety by professionals who have vast prior experience in doing such projects and report to the director of the company. The promoters themselves are technocrats with relevant construction background with a decade of construction experience behind them.
